Working Bridges
Working Bridges, an initiative of United Way of Northwest Vermont and Green Mountain United Way, works with a network of over 30 employers across northern Vermont to support employee retention and the financial stability of their workforce, with an emphasis on serving employees experiencing scarcity of resources.
Through this partnership, all employees including frontline, entry-level employees have access to onsite, confidential resource coordination to navigate existing services and supports that can help with things like housing, transportation, childcare, legal issues, healthcare, education, recreational supports, and much more.
