Menopause, Bone Health, & Exercise

We love a good story: Remember that time we hosted a screening of "M-Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause" with University of Vermont Health - Central Vermont Medical Center and 70+ women came out in a snowstorm to talk about menopause? It was an amazing event, and has led to several cool projects that move us forward in the conversation, including this awesome event! We hope you will join us for a lively discussion about exercise and bone health in menopause, hosted by medical professionals and our friends at Green Mountain Community Fitness. See you there!
