April is National Volunteer Month

April is National Volunteer Month, and what better way to celebrate than to sign up to volunteer for your favorite cause or nonprofit! We would be happy to help connect you to the right project.

Part of Green Mountain United Way’s mission is to build the capacity for community members to care for one another, whether that’s giving money, time, or donated items. To help accomplish this, we maintain a volunteer project database that is full of current needs from local nonprofits, across a range of project types. Volunteer projects can be solo or for small or large groups, they can be remote, desk-based, on-site, manual labor, or clerical. There are so many options to choose from!

If you’re looking to volunteer, please visit our Volunteer page for more info and to fill out our Volunteer Form.

Thank you for being what your community needs!
